Introduction of School of computer science and technology
The School of Computer Science and Technology of Shandong University was established in 2000. It was formerly the Department of Computer Science of Shandong University established in 1981. In 2017, the School of Computer Science and Technology of Shandong University moved to the beautiful Qingdao campus, based on the geographical advantages of Qingdao's opening. The School currently has doctoral degree program in computer science and technology. It has master degree program in computer science and technology and master degree program in computer technology. It also has a postdoctoral station in computer science and technology. In 2018, the school established two new engineering experimental classes, “Artificial Intelligence” and “Data Science and Big Data Technology”. In 2019, it began to recruit undergraduates majoring in artificial intelligence. As the pilot unit of Shandong University's first pre-employment (Tenure track) teacher employment system, the school has recruited a large number of outstanding young scholars in recent years.

Requirements
Achieved Ph.D. in well-known universities and research institutions at home and abroad, generally have oversea work experience；
The age is generally no more than 40 years old, and high-end talents are not subject to this restriction;
Be able to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in computer science and emerging fields.
Remuneration
Research funding for team building: provide start-up funding support; the school sets up a team development program, provideing funding and graduate enrollment quotas, to support team formation;
Salary: Pre-employment assistant professors can earn up to 250,000 a year, pre-employment associate professor annual salary Up to 350,000, the pre-employment professor's annual salary can be up to 500,000. The specific salary is determined according to the academic achievements of the applicant;
Housing conditions: enjoy a set of subsidized housing in Qingdao campus, provide 150,000 professors for pre-employment and housing subsidies, 120,000 associate professors, and 90,000 pre-employed assistant professors;
Teaching support: the teaching assistant system in line with international standards, to minimize the teaching pressure of teachers
