Position details

  • Chair professors, special professors, and outstanding young scholar will be introduced and supported at two levels. The second level will appropriately relax the requirements for the age and academic achievements of the selected candidates.

Chair Professors

Requirement

1. The applicant should have been elected to the academicians of the two academies or have the strength to declare the academicians of the two academies.

Remuneration

1. The first-level winners shall not be less than 800,000 yuan (before tax), and the second-level candidates shall not be less than 700,000 yuan (before tax).

2. Provide discipline construction funds for newly introduced talents of not less than 5 million yuan.

3. Support the establishment of a research team consisting of scientific research teachers, dedicated scientific and technical personnel and postdoctoral fellows. During the term of employment, the school can support 2-3 members of the scientific research team. The school provides a 300,000 yuan/year team allowance.

4. Provide a subsidy of 1 million yuan (before tax) for the newly introduced talents, and provide preferential accommodation for the specialist apartments within 2 years before the appointment.

 

Special professors

Requirement

1. Applicants should be Distinguished Professors of Changjiang Scholars, winners of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, and second-level candidates of the 10,000-person plan (leaders of science and technology innovation, leading talents in philosophy and social sciences, teaching masters, 100 million engineering leaders), Taishan climbing plan Selected candidates, four batches of talents, national-level major project leaders, national key academic team leaders, and two winners of the National Achievement Award (three awards in the natural sciences, the second prize in the Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, and above). The first-level candidates can be recruited by the school to support 1-2 members of the research team, and the school provides 200,000 yuan/year team allowance.

4. Provide 800,000 yuan (before tax) for the newly introduced talents, and provide preferential accommodation for the specialist apartments within 2 years before the appointment.

Outstanding young scholar

Requirement

1. The person should be a young Yangtze River Scholar, a winner of the National Excellent Youth Fund, a young talent of the Central Organization Department, a special expert of Taishan Scholars, a national key project sub-project leader (Humanities and Social Sciences), a national key project leader, the provincial department. First-class winners and above-mentioned first-time winners or young and middle-aged talents with corresponding strengths.

2. No more than 45 years of age.

1. The first-level winners shall not be less than 400,000 yuan (before tax), and the second-level candidates shall not be less than 350,000 yuan (before tax).

2. Provide discipline construction funds for newly introduced talents of not less than 2 million yuan.

3. Providing 500,000 yuan (before tax) for the newly introduced talents, and the school will provide preferential accommodation for the apartments within 2 years before the appointment.

Qilu Young Scholar

Requirement

1. Have a doctorate, physical and mental health, no more than 35 years of age;

2. Overseas applicants should generally have high-level university assistant professors and above positions in relevant positions or research institutions, or have long-term overseas academic training experience; domestic candidates should work in the front line of teaching and research, with associate professors and above professional and technical positions;

Remuneration

1. When Qilu young scholars were selected, they were appointed as professors and doctoral supervisors of Shandong University, providing funding support for not less than 1.5 million yuan.

2. During the training period, the training personnel will enjoy the annual performance salary of 250,000 yuan (before tax), which will be paid by the school and the college in full, and will not be distributed repeatedly with the performance of other talents in the school.

3. The school can provide preferential accommodation for young apartments for eligible candidates. The rental of apartments is carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school. The introduced personnel can enjoy a family allowance of 300,000 yuan and housing subsidies.

Pre-employed professors

Requirement

Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent in computer science or related science or engineering. Those who have achieved international level academic achievements and have the ability to complete high-level funding research projects are preferred.

Remuneration

1. The pre-employment assistant professor has an annual salary of up to 250,000. The pre-employment professor has an annual salary of up to 350,000. Researchers

Requirement

1. The applicant's position as an associate researcher is not more than 35 years old in principle, and the researcher's post age is not more than 40 years old.

2. The researcher should be: an assistant professor at a well-known overseas university or research institution; an excellent postdoctoral fellow from a well-known overseas university or research institution; a well-known domestic university or research institution with senior professional and technical personnel.

The associate researcher should be: outstanding postdoctoral or doctoral graduates from well-known overseas universities or research institutions; well-known domestic universities or research institutions with deputy senior professional and technical personnel; outstanding postdoctoral fellows in domestic famous universities or research institutions.

Remuneration

1. The school provides salary treatment that provides competitive remuneration packages.

2. The researcher's annual salary is not less than 250,000, the associate researcher's annual salary is not less than 190,000, and the assistant researcher is not less than 150,000.
